Welcome to the City for People!
The vision for Krulli quarter 2035

At Krulli, we create space the way life truly demands. Here, a neighborhood is taking shape where work and life don’t compete, they complement each other. Right in the heart of North Tallinn.

Krulli will feature over 600 new homes, a modern kindergarten with 8 groups, and plenty of public and semi-public spaces – including courtyards, sports and playgrounds, and a community garden. And you could move in as early as 2027.

We speak mainly in actions

Krulli is defined by diverse, resident-friendly public spaces. Add to that sustainable planning, support for future-focused businesses, and a strong sense of community, and you get a city designed for people.

It’s a safe, close-knit neighborhood where neighbors know each other and children can play outside independently.

If you want to explore the neighborhood in more detail, visit the Krulli website or contact the community Creative Manager Kristin at kristin@krulli.co.

Kasvuhoone – a business hub where both ideas and people grow

Krulli’s future flagship building, Kasvuhoone, brings together people shaping the future. It will be a home for innovation and creativity, hosting startups, accelerator programs, collaborative spaces, and versatile work environments.

Here, work and creativity blend seamlessly with everyday life: morning meetings, afternoon art experiences, and evening conversations along the food street create an environment that nurtures both business and living.

Sustainability and energy efficiency are fundamental

At Krulli, we use smart solutions to recycle and repurpose old construction materials and structures. We preserve historical heritage while bringing functionality into the present. The new buildings are energy-efficient and use green energy, following environmentally responsible standards.

  • Thoughtful planning ensures the reuse and repurposing of old materials and structures.

  • ESG, LEED, and other key standards are fully met.

Krulli rises in phases, but grows continuously

The construction of the buildings is planned in four phases from 2025 to 2035. In the first phase, by 2027, in addition to the three initial residential buildings, the quarter’s main building and event house will be completed, adding momentum to community life.
