Top players contribute to Krulli homes
The Krulli quarter is designed by professionals who know exactly how to create an environment where you actually want to spend time.
The creators of the apartment buildings are from Hayashi-Grosschmidt Architecture (HGA) architectural office. The interior architecture was created by studio ARGUS.
The detailed spatial plan of Krulli was prepared by Andres Alver. Based on this, the urban space and landscape architecture concept for the quarter was developed by the esteemed Danish architectural firm Cobe.
The landscape architectural solution for the first construction phase is taken care of by KINO landscape architects.
In the heart of the city, without the highway noise
At Krulli, homeliness and human-centred living are part of everyday life, not just aspirations. The quarter has been designed for people first – for pedestrians and light vehicles. A car-free environment leaves more space for cozy gatherings and play areas.
The softly hilly landscape between the buildings provides privacy. New, biodiverse plant communities naturally blend with the existing greenery, forming a harmonious urban ecosystem.
Along Volta Street, pedestrians are greeted by grand maples. In the courtyard, red rowanberries, fragrant lilacs and currant bushes create a lush atmosphere. Beyond its own diversity, Krulli is also a significant part of Tallinn’s wider green network, connecting to the city’s Pollinator Highway.
Near to life, far from the rush
Here, in the heart of North Tallinn, everything is within reach. A pleasant urban environment with all you need for everyday life and a healthy lifestyle. Green parks and seaside promenades stretch towards Noblessner, just a walk away. Along the way, cozy cafés and inviting paths await for walking or cycling.
